You briefly describe your concerns to us in writing so that we can optimally record your requirements. If further advance communication is necessary, e.g. if it involves a whole group of participants, we will support you. Then you yourself or the person you nominate will receive an access link from us to the profilingvalues online procedure, which takes about 20 minutes. You can find an explanatory video here. After the procedure, our counsellors analyse the profilingvalues summary automatically generated by the system’s algorithm. In combination with the information you provided at the beginning, we develop your customised analysis within a maximum of two working days. We formulate this in writing and send it to you by encrypted email along with the automatically generated profilingvalues summary.

We also support you with the preliminary communication. Then the person you nominate will receive an access link from us to the profilingvalues online procedure, which takes about 20 minutes. After the procedure, our counsellors analyse the profilingvalues V12C Report (Value-based 12 Competencies), which is automatically generated by the system’s algorithm. In connection with the information you provided at the beginning, we conduct a targeted interview with the participants in order to be able to cover all relevant aspects. Depending on the availability of the participants, we will prepare your customised analysis with development suggestions in written form within a few working days and send it to you together with the profilingvalues system report V12C (Value-based 12 Competencies). The profilingvalues Management Audit can also be booked as a combination with the profilingvalues assessment with development mirror. In this case we give a 10% discount on both components.

In a detailed briefing discussion, we ask for all the information and details we need to carry out the management audit. This is followed by the individual adaptation of the audit guide and the tasks.

The audit meeting lasts about 90 minutes, the feedback for participants about half an hour. The audit is carried out according to the four-eyes principle and therefore includes the work of two consultants. In addition, the competences are assessed in different facets in order to comply with the “double redundancy principle” common for management audits, i.e. several assessors assess a competence several times. In this way, maximum informative value is combined with high validity and guaranteed.

The management audit comprises a semi-structured interview, which, in addition to various guideline questions on different competence areas, also includes a simulation (usually a customer or employee interview), a case study and a short presentation to be prepared. The case study task and, if applicable, the simulation are adapted to the operational and position-related requirements.

On the basis of the integrated assessments of the two counsellors, a report is prepared within the framework of the assessed competences, which also contains an explanation of the performance of participants per competence as well as development recommendations and a final conclusion. This can also be explained in a final counselling interview.
