In the briefing phase, we calibrate ourselves to your needs and tailor the project for you. To do this, we need background information from you and, if necessary, additional materials. Particularly important is the preliminary communication with your team, which we are happy to help you with, for example with a small kick-off event.

The participants receive an access link by email as well as the link for your up to three third-party assessments, which they forward to your selected persons accordingly. By ranking nine statements five times in the sense of “applies most to me” to “applies least to me”, the most important three team roles are worked out in each case and described in detail to the personal evaluation. When all three external evaluations have been carried out (time required approx. 5 minutes), the participants receive these integrated into their individual evaluation and can interpret common and different views. The most important team role is illustrated in a team model, which spans its field according to closeness vs. distance and stability vs. change. Participants in the project receive valuable information for their personal development and the needs in their team through the profilingvalues team role tool and can derive individual measures to strengthen and develop their team even before the team workshop.

The team workshop is the core of our joint project. Here we will exchange information with you in advance and prepare the direction. We want to achieve the following goals with the workshop:

To give orientation to individual results and to deepen and reflect on the own role by each team member.
Enable mutual perspective-taking and understanding as well as self-reflection through external assessments and feedback.
Make transparent or develop the vision, mission and overall purpose as well as the common goal in the team.
Making the team (role) constellation as well as different needs and orientations aware, reflecting on a common understanding of strengths, development areas and potentials in the team and defining concrete measures for the further development of the team.
